We are a roofing business, not a lead seller

This is worth stating plainly, because many roofing websites are not what they appear to be. Oz-Adelaide Roof Replacement is a real trading business that carries out roof replacement work in Adelaide. This website is ours.

We are not a lead generation service. We do not sell, rent or trade your details to other roofers, brokers, comparison sites or marketing companies. When you contact us, you are contacting the people who would do the work.

Information you give us

When you submit an enquiry form on this website, we collect the details you type into it:

• your name
• your phone number
• your email address
• the service you are interested in
• anything you write in the message field

If you call us instead, we collect whatever you choose to tell us over the phone, along with your phone number. If we come out to quote, we also record the address of the property and details about the roof so that we can price the work.

Please do not send us sensitive information through the enquiry form. We do not need it and we do not ask for it.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use this website, for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors are located. This helps us judge whether the site is doing its job.

Google Analytics sets cookies and processes information such as your device type, browser, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the pages you view. Google acts as our service provider for this and processes that information on our behalf, including outside Australia. We do not use it to identify you personally.
